Not recomended, food is really not that great. Way overpriced, had better food in cafeterias in past. Service is subpar, depends on who you get. I always try a place at least twice before reviewing and been let down both times. Save yourself and keep driving to a fast food location next door
I had to come back and edit my review after using the bathroom. The paper products are very high quality, the facilities very clean. Quality toilet paper and paper towels go a long way to improving the experience
Went for the lunch buffet, I haven't been to ponderosa in years and was pleasantly surprised, food was good, selection was good, and staff was friendly and the right level of attentive.
It is a restaurant that we tent to frequent with our children. Our last visit was a bit disappointing. Usually me and the kids just get the buffet. There were hardly any meat selections, all of which were a processed meat covered in breading and was hard and dry. The soups, which are usually quite good, tasted like they came from a can. And lastly the salad bar had more to be desired. Shredded iceberg lettuce that had been evident to being in the bowl since morning, was brown, dried out, and not crisp at all. There was a time when there were multiple lettuces offered on the salad bar, which were delicious. What happened? It will be a while before we make this venture again. Best of luck.
The waitress was terrible, waited for over a half hour for our food, we ordered two burgers and when we got them, they were so dry and burnt that you couldn't even eat them. And when we told the waitress she just gave us a dirty look and took it back to be remade. When the new burgers came out they were the same exact way. The service sucked cause it took ten minutes to get a refill on drinks. But the Buffet was good.
Pretty nice little place with a decent buffet and good food. However it's generally crowded and the people here are either young children under 12 or older than 30 adults. The music isn't to great either.
