I don't normally write negative reviews but I ordered flowers online either the 23rd or 24th of Dec. The online transaction went through so I thought all was good. Then the next day I got an email from the owner saying they couldn't deliver on the nominated day but they could deliver the day after on the 26th. I said fine and thought that was the end. Then I get an email on the 28th saying they couldn't do the order on the 26th and to try another florist nearby. I would have been ok had the email not been sent on the 28th - 2 days after the agreed upon date but really disappointing they did not communicate prior.
