Ordered an abundance gourmet and fruit basket but what My friend received was something that looked like it came from a row at a gas station. There was nothing gourmet in the basket and minimal fruit, no box of chocolates that I paid extra for too. Very upsetting. the basket was $100. I believe this florist just cares about the money and not her service. Fortunately the basket was ordered through a third party and I was able to get a refund but how embarrassing that my friend would receive such a sub par basket. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.
I ordered flowers through 1800 flowers and this was the florist who filled the order. The centerpiece was supposed to have roses and lilies and no mini carnations. I ordered the large centerpiece so they would receive beautiful flowers. Instead it arrived with dead greenery and dying daisies. I called the florist and the owner was supposed to call me back but never did. I would never use this florist again!!

Called about 6 days in advance to order flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentines Day. Arranged for a morning delivery and explained it was a school. Flowers arrived between 4:30-5:00, after my wife had left. Delivery person blamed it on me for not saying it was a business, which of course was not true. They did not answer the phone the next morning and no machine. No email either, so I wrote a letter describing my dissatisfaction...they never responded. On top of all this, I was charged about $10 more on my credit card than I was quoted (quote did include tax & delivery).
