Bought a 1990 Chevy 1500 from these guys with 279000 miles for 2995.oo way more then the truck was worth but need it right away and the let me do payments well less then 2 weeks later truck through a rod moter shoot they told me if I fix it they will drop the price to half what was owed or they would fix it for a total price of 4400.00 or I can pay 1800 for the truck tires and cab seems like these guys are good at first but the stand behind the as is paper and sell you a very expressive limon be very careful when dealing with these guys will never go here again

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! J.R. is terrible notary: Title transfer was not in Penndots system after the state laws allowance of 20 days and I had to file grievance before he finally did his job. Customer service was horrible, employees were very rude and were not helpful in resolving the issue.

Well, where do I start? Question: do these guys actually want to make money? Here it is, I called on a Thursday to offer a trade. A 1976 HD motorcycle, for a 1995 Jeep wrangler. The wrangler was in fair condition, and the bike near immaculate. I told JR I could trailer the bike up on the Saturday, to which he said "no problem". I loaded the bike on the trailer on Saturday morning, and called "JR Auto". I got someone on the line who said JR was gone for the weekend and wouldn't be back until Monday. I said, ok, so can I bring the bike up today? He stated he didn't do any trade ins and that was JR's "duty", and again, he (JR) wouldn't be back until Monday. And that they close at 3pm on Saturday. Wow, I never had a car dealer turn me away from doing business before. Yet it seemed this "business" was trying awful hard to deter me from doing business with them. Ok, no problem, I will take my business elsewhere, perhaps an auto sales place that stays open until 4pm on Saturday, and can handle a trade in all by themselves.
