Wow - I think the last reviewer and I must have been at two different dealerships. My experience was outstanding from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome but not pressured. The sales staff allowed me to get my bearings, walk the floor a moment, instead of descending upon me the moment I step in the door, as was my experience at other dealerships. I was short on time, so my salesman found another staff member to appraise my vehicle while we went on a test drive. He was thorough yet concise as he answered my questions, being very considerate of the fact that I was limited on time as I needed to pick up my son from practice. I visited other dealerships, but in the end chose Butler County Ford, because they not only offered me a competitive deal, but were honest and friendly. The word must be getting out, because every time I was in there, they were quite busy! Kudos to my salesman Aldo and the entire Butler County Ford staff.

Chuck Reesman in the body shop is the best. Besides being the nicest guy, he takes pride in his beautiful work. A trait not seen often enough today. Even though we've moved to the southern part of the county, we have all of our vehicles restored by Chuck.
Twice now butler ford completely screwed me over. The most recent time they denied a warranty claim on a manifold on a brand new ford engine. They claim it was damaged by workmanship so they didn't have to cover it under factory warranty. This enables them to charge me twice the labor rate as factory warranty allows.

I have been buying Ford/Lincoln products since 1979. For the past 6 years Butler County Ford has been my dealership of choice. This is the only dealership that made me feel totally comfortable to deal with. I trust them. Their deals on vehicles (and financing) have always been fair and painless-never any pressure to buy. Their vehicle service has always been great! You get the feeling that they are really trying to give you a good experience when you visit their dealership. Any time I had an issue, they were prompt and courteous with me. One of the greatest assets they have are the people that work there. Every time you visit you work with the same people. Year after year. When I see a dealership that doesn't have a lot of personnel turnover, I know I've found a dealer that cares about more than the bottom line $$$. They have a easy, cool vehicle drop off point. If you have to wait for your vehicle they have a nice, quiet, brand new waiting room with free WiFi, coffee, TV! Businesses that operate like this are hard to come by these days. I never rate a business at 5 stars, but this dealer deserves it. Keep up the good work!
