At least at the human doctor, I always feel a sense of urgency in my visit; the doctor always seems to be trying to move the appointment along and get me out of there. That is the OPPOSITE of my experience here! They take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you have. They don't make you feel like you're annoying them by asking your questions, and they truly seem to care and listen. Plus, they are very knowledgeable and always try to help you save money. Their product prices are almost always better than what I can find in the store! I highly recommend Butler Veterinary Associates. (Fortunately, I have not had to use emergency services here, so I can't say either way how that goes.)
Gordon (cat) was seen on Saturday, staff was wonderful! I took Gordon home , he was seen on Monday by Dr. Daman at Suburban Animal Clinic , a follow up. Gordon"s temperature was back to normal. Many thanks for being there. Jan
I have used Butler Vet for my cats entire life. She was 18 years old. I had to have her euthanized this afternoon and they treated us very well. I love them so much at that vet hospital
I love the staff there and recommended several dog owner to this clinic. They have actually changed from their vet to Butler vet associates and have had good experience with them as well! It is great they are open for emergencies till midnight, I have had to go once and was pleasantly surprised when our visit costed less than i expected for an emergency visit. Have recently moved 30 minutes away but in no way would I change, they are wonderful!
The staff was wonderful! I had to put down my furry friend of almost 14 years. The staff was so sympathetic, supportive and understanding. They took care of everything and made such a difficult time a little bit easier. They even followed up with a card signed by everyone in the office. Very impressed and will continue to go here!
