I just wanted to give praise to Christine and Leslie for helping me with the sale of my car and for doing something I hate to do: stay past normal business hours. I know how it feels and I hate to make anyone stay late but time-wise things did not go as planned with meeting with the buyer of my car earlier in the day (he had a 5.5 hr drive) However, they both were very helpful and had a great attitude and were willing to help me complete the sale and title transfer. Christine was also nice enough to talk to me a couple different times on the phone the day before and make sure I was as prepared as possible before I came in. I am sorry again for making you ladies stay late but you were awesome. Thanks again!
Took a very very long time to transfer title, at least 4 people involved because no one knew the notary software. Unacceptable service.
