They are great phones and decent prices only for the meadville area there is bad connection else where like erie ...there is only ever 1 employee at this location by no means don't plan to have things to do for the rest of the day and no they don't compensate you for the wait
Very busy store because it's the only Boost store around. Service is slow and sometimes really bad.
Terrible service, even worse customer service. Don't do it, they will refuse to unlock your phone if you want to switch so you'll have to go to a third party technician.
I had BOOST forever but I switched. I dislike this boost store for poor customer service and awful business practices. I had an issue that i thought would be corrected and WASN'T! I wasted hours in store getting the run around.
Called store to get my account number. Was told to call customer support. ALREADY did that and the menu would not allow me to talk to a human. Very frustrated!!! No wonder people are migrating to other carriers. Poor customer service!!!!
