When they tell you it will be 30 minutes it will be an hour or 2. Employees are rude when they didn't get your meds ready in time. Go elsewhere if you don't want to wait.
This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Your prescriptions are never ready and they never do a courtesy call to tell you that they may not have your medication. Most often you make a trip for nothing. I never get a call for any reason. They seem inexperienced and are not pleasant to their customers. After tonight it is time to move on. They told us they don't have insurance on file, yet we have been getting prescriptions all year long for our family. Even our doctors warn us about how slow they are. That tells you something! Be wise go somewhere else where you get the service you deserve. Worst place ever!
Other than the pharmacist, every employee I've dealt with is very rude and unpleasant. I was having a lot of issues with getting my prescription filled and the one lady was so unhelpful and treated me like an idiot. Never going back to this GE pharmacy location.
So dr calls in script........they say they didnt get it! So u call dr they electronically send it to them.....u make another trip.......they dont have it so call dr again......they call them with script.........i came to the conclusion they dont want the bussiness so i will never use them again!....ps this isnt my first experience with this store they allways been like this they just dont care!
