I love they great selection of products that you wouldn't normally find in another pet store. I also love the atmoshpere and friendly staff. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because prices can run a little high, but then again all the other benefits of the store easily make up for that.
The service is the best out of every pet store I've ever been to. They helped me get a new pet, and they always take care of their customers. I highly recommend Pets In The Park for anyone who is looking for a new pet.
Terrible place. No one should go here. I bought a product for my cats wound and it made my cats wound even worse!!! $17 for a small bottle that made me have to take my cat to the vet. I know it's not their fault but they wouldn't even give me my money back! Super rude people.
The woman that proclaimed to have worked there for 30 years asked if I needed help when I was in the fish room. I clearly stated 'yes' and she acknowledged that she would be right back after checking someone out. She left me alone for 20 minutes, helped 3 other customers, then when I again asked if I could have some help she said it would be a minute. Apparently she cared less about selling fish than taking a smoke break. I was prepared to purchase well over $120 of fish and had questions but her attitude walked me right out the door (and straight to my car to write this review). Significantly overpriced anyway but they did have some fish you don't see much in the aquarium trade. I even went back in because I really wanted to get a rare Botia I have never seen but she threw more attitude in my face. I won't be stopping back.
Very knowledgable staff. Freshwater fish are excellent quality. Store is packed with pet items everywhere......just ask....they will find it! Lots of cool birds, dog and cat supplies. Way better than the chain stores. Highly recommend.
