Waited an hour for 16 wings and the manager was a jurk to me. Unreal... Second time my order is an hour and 20 minutes late and they don't when they can get it here don't go here
Been going to the Butler Papa Johns for several years. We always have a good experience when we pick up. The one time we had a small issue, we got a free pizza on the spot. Good customer service is rare these days, so I tend to continue giving my money to a business that acts like they appreciate it. Their food is always good & if you order online you get great deals.
Ordered an hour and a half ago, called in and the lady on the phone basically said they're so busy that's why it's late. A pizza place that's busy and can't deliver on time, not cool.
The service is quick when you order in. Just the time it takes to cook, and you can stand or sit inside to wait which is nice with it being so hot outside. There is no dine in area this place seems like a well oiled take out and delivery machine. I have personally never had a bad experience in Papa John's Pizza.
