Office worker at the front desk was very rude when I tried to ask how late the office would be open so I could come back later when she told me it would take 20 minutes to make an access card. She got snippy and just assumed I had another reason for asking and I was already cutting it close as it was. Does the assistance office expect people to call off their jobs to be there at their convenience? I gave up my pumping time that I use to produce milk for my son to make time to go down just to be yelled at
