Everyone is this store is very friendly and helpful. I have never expierenced anything except wonderful customer service.
I used to love this store. Not anymore. They tried to rip me off 400$. I had to call corporate to get it back because they refused. And now they are trying to rip off my husband more money. This store needs closed down!!
I went to the zales in butler pa the First Lady that sold the rings to us was very nice! But it took a month to be sized then we get them back and I drive 2hrs to pick up the rings I asked the lady if I can get the money back for the warranty only cuz I know I have to have it checked 2times a year well she was rude and said no so I was upset and left I took the rings home and it don't even fit either one! So I called and said I will be returning them she says WHY IN THE World WOULD U DO THAT! I said because I'm not happy with the rings nor your customer service! I called corporate and complained as well DO NOT GO TO THE BUTLER PA ZALES
So disappointed in this store! have no had any issues previous to this one but it was more than enough to make me never go back! I took my engagement ring in on a Tuesday, to get resized .. was told it would be going out the next day and to give them 14 business days for it to be returned... I called the following Tuesday to just check on things, and it wasn't even sent out yet!!!!!! A full week, they had my ring and didn't send it out. Was never told they take so long to end things out. Do NOT go here!
