I placed an order online, 6 hours later it still wasn't ready. I wound up having to cancel the order while I was there and then picking the order myself. Staff wasn't sure what or how to handle the situation. Also ,not nearly enough staff to handle customer services
It was good, we were in the garden center to get pet friendly salt for the snow that we all know is coming. We felt sorry for the woman working there it was so cold! But she was great and very helpful and friendly!!
When is Lowe’s going to close this location already? Reflects so badly on the brand, as you will read by so many others posting here, there just aren’t enough employees at this location. Which is very sad because it is a beautiful store, with almost everything new and updated, except for it’s staff. Unacceptable by today’s standards, but what’s the alternative going to Home Depot? Not going to happen with me, I’ll just have to find another Lowe’s to give my business to.
I wish Lowe's had more women working in it like home depot. During the week day they don't have enough people that can help you. I was looking at the snow blowers and wanted to ask questions but there was no one around. So they lost a sale. Yes I'm a woman who likes to work on my home.
They are understaffed and not nearly as helpful as Home Depot down the street. I cannot count the number of times that the stock location showing online is not where the product is physically located. The store is very clean and brightly lit. It is always easy to find free parking as the lot is huge. Also the open aisles breath much easier than the crowded aisles of Home Depot.
