I implore Sheetz to please act on this. She doesnt need to lose her job but an attitude adjustment is definitely in order if she is going to continue to work on customer service.
Tonight i asked her a question as a paying customer and she just walked away. That was the last straw.
Went and got the garlic parmesean pop corn chicken. Let's just say, if I had one word to the person who made them, the flavorings go on the chicken. Not all through the bag.

Has anyone dealt with a short heavyset woman here with a nasty attitude named Diane? I dont normally make a big deal but in the months i have been ordering here she is short and extremely rude every single time.
Slower than other Sheetz. Hit or miss with employees some are friendly, most are not. Wait to pay is longer because they focus too much on the drive thru, not enough on the people indoors. Food takes forever, even if the place isn't busy.
