I had a lot of issues with the Cranberry Aspen location. I was recommend to try Aspen in Butler. From a family member who said they were outstanding. I am so glad I did. The entire staff were completely there for the customer. Friendly and willing to help. Upon seeing the dentist he immediately knew things weren't correct and took care of all the issues. No questions asked. This is a fantastic office and staff. Thanks to everyone in the Butler Aspen Office!
Worst place ever. Husband went in to have a tooth replaced on his partial. Dentist came in and it took him a whole 2 minutes to "recommend" having remaining teeth extracted and a whole new denture made. What a suprise that they would try to upsell instead of doing what was requested by the person who was paying for a service. Husband declined but of course for that 2 minutes they charged him 75.00 for an "office visit". WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!
I still have nothing but good things to say about this office and staff. I have rescheduled appts no problem. They listen to and answer all questions I have about the next appt I absouletly would recommend this office :)
Very nice staff no judgements and they will try thier very best to use every option for financing. Having all your teeth pulled out and dentures put in immediately is not a fun experience for the first week no matter where you go But this dentist and staff are great at helping you get through it they bring you in the very next day to start helping to make sure your new dentures are not hurting more than usual and every week there after until your satisfied and ALL those appointments are included in price of dentures. They really are good I can't say enough about them and I just got my dentures
AVOID THIS PLACE! Went in for a lost filling. Told i need 8 teeth pulled and partial dentures for $1600 out of pocket. Went elsewhere for second opinion. Only one tooth needed pulled and the rest only need fillings. Seriously?! Plus they would not give me x-rays that my insurance paid for. How many people do they work on who dont need the excessive work or expense? Beyond disgusted.
Love the staff. Unfortunately, with all my issues, I’ve gotten to know them very well. I don’t hate going to the dentist. Everyone makes me feel welcome and special. Very friendly, and accommodating.
