They are ok i guess an will place double overdraft charges if they get the chance other then that i think they have gone downhill from what i first saw an had them as a bank
I opened my account here because I do my shopping at the WalMart and I have to say Ive always had great customer service. They are open more hours than most banks..and am just overall pleased with their services. I've been w/ this bank for about 6 -7 yrs...never had any problems.
*UPDATE* They're still awesome! Been with three other banks, and these guys are the absolute best. The few minor issues I've had have been resolved promptly, easily, and to my satisfaction. The only draw back is being located in Walmart.
They will never answer your calls unless its 8-10 am type of time frame.
This bank puts other peoples debit card on your account and you have to pay for what they use their card for. They took the over draft fees away but still expect me to pay for what other people bought. they know that that card wasn't suppose to be on my account. They more or less told me that it's my problem not theirs.
I have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with the tellers and the manager. The one time I did have an issue the manager handled it quickly and professionally. Very happy with this bank, been with them over five years now.
The hours are convenient, and the people that work here are wonderful. Extremely willing to work with a client if one would run into some trouble with their account. Very attentive at explaining to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction. The male staff member with dark hair was professional, helpful, and very professional, and there's a younger girl with dark hair, late teens early twenties, wonderful. I am satisfied with the new hours, as well. They're open later some days, and earlier on others. Basically, they're open more, which is very beneficial when you're busy, and need to deal with/rely on the Butler bus service.
