I usually love Panera. When I travel, I look for Panera restaurants wherever I go. I like their food and would rather opt for a healthy salad than a greasy burger.
Natalie was our cashier & was so polite and considerate!! I have my rewards card on my cell phone and she asked my permission to hold my phone to see the rewards number!! Holy cow!!! Take notice - she's got it figured out!! I wish her & her teammates the very best successes & a wonderful holiday this Christmas!

That said, I don’t go to the Butler Panera anymore. I gave it one star because zero wasn’t an option. They can’t get my order right... EVER. NEVER, EVER. They have lousy customer service and they’re not terribly clean. I saw they remodeled but haven’t been in since then to see if it was any cleaner.
I used Panera to cater a luncheon for 40 people at the school where I work. It was fantastic! The catering coordinator called in the morning to confirm and went over the order again. I picked up the order and everything was ready. The salads were large, beautifully displayed and delicious! The diners had fun picking out a gourmet sandwich and everyone commented on how good the food was. I will definitely use Panera catering in the future.
